COMPANY

Vheda Health was built on a vision of humanizing healthcare through technology.

OUR STORY

Working for a large national health plan, Shameet and Philip became frustrated with the health plan’s lack of access to real-time data to derive intelligent decisions that increase member compliance and decrease member cost of care.

The stars began to align with the convergence of three key trends: smartphone adoption, wearable technology, and passage of the Affordable Care Act. With a deep background in health insurance and technology, Shameet and Philip founded Vheda Health to decrease hospitalizations and emergency room utilization with a mobile care management platform that automates care plan compliance.

Our vision at Vheda Health is

humanizing healthcare through technology.

CORE VALUES

Innovation

Experience

Simplicity

Results

By reaching beyond our current capability, we push ourselves to think disease compliance and management in unconventional ways. This leads to better technology, better experiences, and better outcomes for our patients and partners.

Healthcare is a deeply personal experience. That’s why we create an environment that provides maximum attention to all participants. Every person enrolled in our services has access to his/her care team that is dedicated to his/her needs–always. Attention engenders compliance.

Our software and devices are designed such that within 60 seconds, participants know how to use all features and functions. We provide what an individual needs when they need it. Nothing more, nothing less. Simple user experiences create impactful user outcomes.

Chronic disease is this generation’s epidemic, killing more people annually than infectious diseases do. We work hard to ensure that each member in our program has the resources he/she needs to manage his/her chronic condition. The result is a more informed person with higher care compliance, higher quality of life, and a lower total cost of care to the health system.
