The Client Success Data Analyst would be responsible to develop, engineer and architect scalable opportunities and solutions by performing and using the findings of complex data analytics that will support the needs of the various care management activities. Will work closely with operations, clinical and client service teams to analytical insights are gained to develop solutions that will support and drive custom internal and client initiatives.

Our ideal Client Success Data Anaylst is someone who can:

  • Create specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of administrative clinical data and Operational data for performance and opportunity analysis;
  • Develop working solutions to custom client requirements and data services requirements, keeping in mind product capabilities, scope limitations and the impact on integrated products;
  • Cultivate, execute and implement solutions and perform complex clinical and financial analytics as needed by clients and executive management, utilizing MySQL office database technologies;
  • Design, code, test and debug custom queries;
  • Prepare documents and presentation materials describing multiplatform analytics and reporting for internal and external clients;

Required
